FriendFinder Networks, the parent company of many adult sites, was reportedly hacked through a local file inclusion exploit which enabled the hackers to access all of the network’s sites. Compromised information includes customer usernames, passwords and email addresses.

Security researcher, Troy Hunt, announced, “This incident is not about any sort of security vulnerability on GitHub’s behalf, rather it relates to a trove of data from their site which was inappropriately scraped and then inadvertently exposed due to a vulnerability in another service.”

DealerBuilt sells management systems for car dealerships across the US. 128 car dealerships were backing up to DealerBuilt’s systems without any encryption or security and information for both customers and employees have leaked online. Compromised information includes names, Social Security numbers, addresses, and phone numbers.

Hackers allegedly accessed UK-based Three Mobile’s database using stolen employee credentials. After gaining access, they tricked it into sending high-end upgrade handsets to an address where they could intercept them. Compromised information includes names, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, addresses, marital status, previous addresses, genders, and employment status.
